We are located in downtown Asheville in the Jackson Building overlooking Pack Square and the City County Plaza.

Take I-240 toward downtown Asheville to the Merrimon Avenue exit. Merrimon Avenue will take you north and Broadway will take you south (two names for the same street).
Take Broadway, south, (toward Mission Hospital … toward Biltmore Estate).
As you drive south on Merrimon Avenue, it will become Biltmore Avenue.
After a few blocks, Pack Square, which is Asheville’s town square, will be on your left. Drive past Pack Square (further south) another few hundred feet and park in the garage located on the left (east) side of Biltmore Avenue. The garage is across from Mast General Store. You may also enter the garage from Market Street which is one block east of Biltmore Avenue (near the Asheville Fire Department).
We’ll reimburse you in cash for the parking fee, but the garage accepts credit cards as the only form of payment so please have one with you when you visit.
Once parked, find the elevator located in the NE corner of the garage (closest to the fire department).
Take that elevator to the top floor of the garage which will allow you to enter the Jackson Building from the rear (south side).
Follow the entrance hallway (walking north) and go all the way to the end.
Take the elevator or stairs (on your right) up one floor to suite 400. The elevator opens across from our office.
If you bring your parking receipt to us when you visit, it will help us reimburse you properly.
